Move this onto its own spindle.

Bottom line, I'm guessing you have *way* too few BUFFERS (start at 768000)
and your SHMVIRTSIZE and SHMADD can both be around 128000. Also, switch on
PDQPRIORITY for the query.
But the other output and the rest of your onconfig will help.
