Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.
Get my package utils_ak. It contains a program dbsavail that reports total and
free space by dbspace rather than by chunk as onstat -d does. It creates a
stored procedure in sysmaster to do most of the work the first time you run it
and the C code mostly formats the output nicely. You can just use that SPL
procedure it you want. IB it reports in KB, but it would be trivial to change
it to report in MB or GB if that's more meaningful for you.
