Plus, BMC Tech Support is generally good to work with. I don't think they've ported Patrol to IDS.2000 (ver. 9.2) yet, but I'm sure they will be soon. Don't know anything about Ecotools... BMC support for IDS.2000 has just gone into beta and is due to become GA on April 30th. We use Patrol for production monitoring and it works out of the box. Never used Ecotools.
