We have not put a heavy load on them yet to thoroughly test them. Make sure you have the latest patches from HP for the 11.0 environment. In our environment the 1.75 gig limit of 10.20 has resulted in numerous headaches because SAP will take all you can give it. A few of the GUI tools did not seem to work and I believed they are referenced in the release notes. This new machine can run HP-UX 10.2 (32-bit) or HP-UX 11.0 (64-bit) so I am trying to decide between IDS ports. I have read most of the glowing documents regarding the IDS 64-bit port. My questions are fairly simple. What problems has anyone found with the latest 64-bit releases? Are there any show-stopper situations? It appears most problems have been solved or are solvable. Please let me know regarding the downside of the 64-bit world. Thanks, John ------------------------------------------ John F. Coyle, Sr DBA Yankee Candle Co.
