SET EXPLAIN: Error -534
IDS 7.30.UC2
D4GL v 3.00
I have the following program:

database mydb
main
set explain on
end main######
Running this program yields the following error:

Program stopped at 'x.4gl', line number 6.
SQL statement error number -534.
Cannot open EXPLAIN output file.
SYSTEM error number -1.
Not owner
######
I get the same error when trying to run "SET EXPLAIN" from dbaccess.
Never had this problem before. If I something has changed, I am not
aware of it. I also have an instance of IDS 7.23.UC1 and it works ok.
Any pointers/help is appreciated. Thanks for your time.
