Greg,
Give us a hint about what doesn't look right. At first glance, it looks
like a tuning issue. Things are working, and not all that bad, but could
stand for improvement. Also some waiting for locks, but if you have a lot
of users that might be OK. What's your message log look like. What does
onstat -F say? etc. etc.
