Informix for NT

Hi all! I'm looking for someone with experiences running any client application against Informix OnLine Workgroup Server 7.13 through Informix router and Informix-NET 5.01 We have following problem: If we have a SQL command like SELECT * FROM table WHERE col1 = :BindVar1 AND col2 = :BindVar2 AND col3 = :BindVar3; where BindVar1, BindVar2 and BindVar3 become in runtime equal NULL the DB server falls down without any error message. Is there any way to go by (other than testing all BindVars before executing SQL command) ? I use as client software Gupta - SQL Windows and I can't determine, where on which side is problem Informix or Gupta. Any suggestions ?
