By who? The recommendation for Baan in host mode is stream pipes. This
is mainly because stream pipes allows multiplexing and shared memory
does not.

You should use stream pipes, not shared memory.

No, that is probably just the Baan code. ;-)

Just add a stream pipe connection and make sure you have m=1.
