Yes, I am informed that (at some as-yet-undefined point in the future, possibly OnLine 7.20) there will be a new environment variable (possibly called DBCENTURY) which will allow you to default Y2's to 20xx, the closest date to the current, closest date in the past, or closest date in the future. No info on pre-7.20 versions, or SE. How's that for vague?
