Hi Informixers..., Has anyone used I-Spy? I'm looking at the manual for it from answers online. It ,still has some restrictions but might be a useful database administration tool. Before really getting into it I wanted to get some ideas about it... Let us know If you have any experince or thoughts... Thanks in Advance... Alkin TEZUYSAL INFORMIX DBA

Refer to the Zero Impact Sql Monitor at www.sqlpower.com. Scales to 10,000+ users or 10,000+ transactions per second. No impact upon the database, network or end users. Product install is a few minutes. Free copy to SQL tuning consultants. The product line monitors what causes 80% of all database performance problems, application SQL. This is NOT a product that only monitors high level resources (ala conventional database monitors) such as I/O, CPU, memory, and configuration issues --the cause of about only 20% of all database performance problems. No intrusive database agents, audits, middleware, monitors, proxy servers, server queries, or shared memory reads are required. No agents are installed on end user workstations. No connections are made to the database or end-users. The product's ZERO impact monitoring component runs on AIX, HP-UX (10.20), Solaris, Windows 95, 98, or NT. A product monitoring component running on any of these platforms can monitor end user response time and SQL sent over the network to a database server running on any other platform type (e.g. AIX, AS400, DEC, HP-UX, Linux, OS/2, OS/390, MVS, Sequent, SCO UNIX, Solaris, etc.).
