adding first sblob space

HPUX 11iv2 (11.31) BL870c Integrity server Informix 11.70.FC4 Our person responsible for Cognos has asked we add some sblob space so Cognos can use it when generating and processing reports. We currently don't have any sblob space in our instant. Besides the onspace commands, what steps do I need to do to add some sblob space? What consideration do I need to look at? It doesn't sound like it need much space, but this being a new experience want input before I go blindly ahead.
