This would not list any tables which are fragmented by "round robin",
"expression" because systables has it's partnum as zero.
So go back to the earlier posting of Vinod Bhansali and use that
In fact IIUG site also has got it wrong (incomplete) the same way.
Someone should go and correct 8.6.

select dbsname, tabname
from systabnames
where dbinfo("dbspace", partnum) = "rootdbs"
