If anyone has version 7.31 with the archecker docs. I am on 7.30 UC7-1, and I and starting to test it. I got the following. (informix.rds250) /usr/./etc-> archecker -tdsv Informix Dynamic Server Version 7.30.UC7 Program Name: archecker Version: 4.3 Released: 01/05/99 17:03 Compiled: 01/05/99 18:34 on AIX 2 4 AC_STORAGE /tmp AC_MSGPATH /usr/informix/ac_msg.log AC_VERBOSE on Please put in tape number 1. Type 1 <return> or 0 to end: 1 ........................................ ....... Please put in tape number 2. Type 2 <return> or 0 to end: 0 Scan PASSED Control page checks PASSED Reserve page validation PASSED Table checks PASSEDno BLOBChunk checks PASSED Tables/Fragments validated: 283 (informix.rds250) The Table checks PASSEDno concerns me (as it should) but I do not know where to turn. The online docs at www.informix.com are for 7.3, but there is no reference. I also have the AR_TAPEDEV and AR_TAPEBLOCK set in the ar_config.std file. The backup was a level 0. TIA Chris Burton
