Informix support phone number
A poster simply asked for Informix Technical Support's phone number. Replies gave 1-800-274-8184 as the main support line (one jokey answer aside), and when he asked about after-hours/24x7 coverage, another poster supplied 1-888-876-9797 as the emergency service line. A later reply noted that calling the 24x7 number is pointless unless you have actually purchased that support level, since service will be refused or charged extra. No technical problem beyond the contact-number question was involved.

No point calling 24x7 if you have not purchased that level of support. Support will be denied unless you are willing to pay $$$$.
