IFX SE processes

Note: I haven't worked with SE in a long time!
I have a client's server that I'm trying to dbexport from 7.24 SE. I can't
seem to get exclusive access. I see a couple root-owned processes writing to
log files from boot time. Any chance these are ISTAR-like network listeners?
One just seems to be logging connections to the (one of two) databases,
starting with info on the nettype and dbservername .
If so, would they interfere with dbexport?

I-Star is for OnLine (not IDS).
If the processes had the name sqlexecd, they could be network
listeners for sesoctcp (or setlitcp) connections. If they don't have
the name sqlexecd, they are unlikely to be standard Informix
processes.

Since sqlexecd processes do not hold a connection to the database
open, the answer should be:
No, they should not interfere with a dbexport.
