Andy, my script is still useful if you want to change fragmentation or
placement. So there. :-)

And it's certainly not clear from my reading of the manual that enabling
the index completely rebuilds it.
It certainly does something (unless there's a big sleep in there
somewhere), but does it do enough to resolve the problem that we're
(I'm!) trying to sort out?
