Starting sqlexecd daemon in SCO.

I'm using Standard Engine 7.23 with SCO release 5.05. I'm trying to start the sqlexecd daemon to allow remote access to a database. I have the correct entries in the sqlhosts and /etc/services files but still get the following error. 2000-07-27 14:13:09.960000 daemon err = 25507: The specified service name or protocol is unknown. I've configured this on other Unix operating systems many times without any problems. Has anybody had any success with SCO? BG

If you post your sqlhosts and services file(s), I'm sure someone will be
glad to tell you if you have the "correct entries" ;)

Yep!
This is from one of my boxes...
sqlhosts:
orion_db setlitcp orion inxorion
orion_se seipcpip orion sqlexec
services:
inxorion 1236/tcp Informix SE
To start:
INFORMIXDIR=/u/informixexport INFORMIXDIR
cd /u/informix/lib
./sqlexecd orion_db
