System will not stay online

We have just installed informix 7.23 on a IBM S80 with AIX 4.4.3. The system was running fine for about 2 weeks now the system will not stay online for more than 10 minutes. here is our onconfig file and tail of informix log any help would be great. Hi DJ, set NOAGE in your configuration file back to 0 and restart your informix instance. If the server will keep alive for more than 10 minutes, read your Informix Release Notes $INFORMIXDIR/release/*/*/ONLINE_7.2 and try to find out, whether this parameter is supported on your platform. If it is supported, contact your IBM technical support to fix the problem.
