Quiescent mode to Online Mode

Good day all, I noticed that there were quite a lot of orphan processes/threads and did an Immediate Shutdown. I am now unable to go to on-line mode from quiescent mode. When I check my log file, this was the last message; "(22) connection rejected - no calls allowed for sqlexec listener thread: err = -27002: oserr = 0: errstr = No connections are allowed in Dynamic Server quiescent mode." What's going on here? Does this mean re-initialization? Roger Cariah Information Technology Process Plant Services Limited Point Lisas, Trinidad W.I. Looks like you did onmode -s or onmode -u. This only brings the engine down
to maintenance mode.

No, just complete the shutdown completely (onmode -ky), check that shared
memory has been removed (ipcs|fgrep informix) and restart (oninit -m).
