Case insensitive locale for IDS

Hi Informix specialists! We're using IDS 7.30. For a porting activity we must have a case insensitive locale, i.e. a locale which does not distinguish between lower und upper case letters. In Informix GLS guide I've found the following passage: The localized order can include equivalent characters, those characters that the database server is to consider as equivalent when it collates them. For example, if the locale defines uppercase and lowercase versions of a character as equivalent characters in the localized order, the database server considers the strings Arizona, ARIZONA, and arizona as equivalent and collates them together. But in the GLS guide there is no hint which locale gives me the above property. Does Informix distribute such locales? Or must I define my own locale? How can I do that? Thanks for your help Andreas Wellerding
To my knowlede there is no such case insensitive locale. You can define appropriate locale (there is enough info in source files defining locales), but there is no tool to compile it. I had to ask Informix to do it for my language.
