Provided you set up your test Informix server with exactly the same path
names as those of the live, you can use a level 0 archive and restore. This
could, depending upon the size of your database server, save you a lot of
time.

Presumably meaning for the dbspaces. This may be possible!

We do it all the time. Our logical layouts are identical between our
test and production system. One level 0 restore of production to test
-- 4 hours. Much faster than dbexport/dbimport.
