You may not have enough logical logs configured to allow it to complete the rollback, or You do not have LBU_PRESERVE set to 1 to save the last logical log for checkpoints, or a combination of both ... or neither. It is hard to tell without having seeing (at a minimum) your onconfig file. Take care.
