informix not listening on ip and port specified

Hello:
I have an informix server that was runnig until power went down and it
crashed. When I get put it online my clients can't connect because informix
wasn't listening on ipv4, It was listen on specified port but in a ipv6
address.
When I discover this, I check host file, sqlhost file and services file and
everything seems to be right.
My server is a windows 2003 server and I installed informix 11.70 growth
edition.
I get listen this server on ipv4 and port specified creating a new
instance. I don't know how can I solve this.
Thank you.
P.D.: I don't know if I should provide an onstat output or netstat output

Change the configuration in setnet32 so that the engine is listening on the
hardwired ipv4 address rather than the hostname.

Hello:
Yes, I tried it and it's works, but is there any explication why doesn't
work with host and why listen on ipv6 and not on ipv4?

Possibly if not probably it has to do with how your server reverse maps the
name to ip address.
But you can ask informix not to work with IPV6 even when the OS is
configured/prepared to work with it:
