Exception Error

I am new to informix and recently received an error listed below on one of our servers 10:12:46 Informix Dynamic Server Version 7.30.UC3 10:12:46 Who: Session(169, mssv@nmsz1c56, 181, 0) Thread(86, sqlexec, 0, 1) File: mtex.c Line: 314 10:12:46 Results: Exception Caught. Type: MT_EX_OS, Context: mem 10:12:46 Action: Please notify Informix Technical Support. 10:12:55 See Also: /tmp/af.568a7e, shmem.568a7e.0 10:13:17 mtex.c, line 314, thread 86, proc id 1289, No Exception Handler. 10:13:17 PANIC: Attempting to bring system down Can anyone explain to me what this means and any possible remedies I could take. To fully understand your situation send us your config files, what platform and IDS version you are using and what activity causes this error.
