High Performance Loader (HPL)

I am planning on using the HPL ( High Performance Loader ) Version 7.2 for loading into OnLine Version 7.22 . I had a few problems while trying to implement a custom interface as in Appendix F of the "Guide to the High-Performance Loader Version 7.2". I am unable to create an object file for plusrdrv.c ( plusrdrv.c is the file that prepares the custom driver tables ). I would appreciate if somebody who has worked or is planning to work with HPL could reply me.
