You probably can't drop the dbspaces because they are in DBSPACETEMP
so considered used. If you pull them out of DBSPACETEMP and bounce the
engine you should be able to drop the temp dbspaces then re-add them
(maybe doing a level 0 do /dev/null in the middle).
I am assuming no programs are running with environment variables setting
the temp dbspaces for it.
I would think rebuilding the chunks from the system level would cause
quite a bit of pain.
