What about the following?
1. dbexport all your databases (twice to play safe).
2. Initialize your diskspace.
3. Add all your dbspaces.
4. Import your databases.
Painful, no doubt. But this is what I did a few weeks back to
reorganize my data/dbspaces.
Of course, all this assumes that its only a temp dbspace that
has disappeared (which means your instance will come up and
you can export, etc.)
If its a data dbspace missing, you can try restoring from any Level 0
which works and then rolling forward ALL logical logs since then to
CURRENT.
