Starting up the INFORMIX-PE 7.22 TC1

I am running Informix Dynamic Server - Personal Edition, Release 1, 7.22.TC1 I installed Informix Personal Edition and trying to bring up the server through istart. My online.log says 22:26:03 listener-thread: err = -931: Cannot locate turbo service/tcp service in /etc/services. What things I need to check? I have entries in C:\\windows\\services as turbo 1526/tcp # Informix Dynamic Server - Personal Edition srv_agent 1530/tcp # IDS - Personal Edition Server Agent What should I do to start my server ? Should I create a file in ...\\informix\\etc\\services ? TIA, Harinath
