I'm not sure, I think so, I'm seriously struggling to find anything
that would put the balance sheet from doing so into credit.
In fact, ideally I'd like to be able to go to the meeting and tell
them categorically it won't work, which Eric's response seems to

Well, he's right of course, it won't work. You can't have two processes
that know nothing about one another writing to the same set of disks.
