Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Hi all. I am running IDS 7.31 UC4 on an AIX 4.3.3 box. Oninit -i seems to
work fine, but when I issue onmode -ky or onstat, I receive the message
"cannot attach to shared memory". I looked at the log files, looked at
oninit -iv and I don't see anything out of the ordinary. IPCS shows all ofmy shared memory segments and semaphores being loaded properly. Any ideas?
Really stuck here!
Thanks In Advance
