Authentication with certificates

Hello everyone, I'm trying to figure out how I can use certificate authentication to connect to IDS 12.10. Does anyone have experience with this challenge or can tell me if it's even possible? Thank you for all Replies. Kind regards. Jochen

'certificate authentication'? What exactly are you referring to? If there's a PAM module for this, using PAM authentication might be one way. Should you refer to Kerberos, then yes, that's well possible too.
