Tim, I gotta stick my $.02 (US) into this one, just for fun. I have no opinion on BF but I can't accept that he alone is responsible for the stock performance over the past 4 years. You need a team of spinally challenged yes-persons to maintain the momentum. However, I am bothered by another issue: It seems that your atheism is so wobbly that you can be convinced of the existence of a god (never mind who's god) by a mere confluence of probably good news. Now if he were picked up by glowing angels, raised into the heavens in sight of all and then ceremoniously dumped into Mt. St. Helen, grooving a minor eruption in the process, I might not be so cynical about your epiphany. And I could still argue that it was evidence for the existence of a devil with angelic-looking emissaries. Tim, you really need to be more firm in your beliefs! ;-) BTW, anyone who has met me (and actually bothered remembering the event) has a pretty good idea where I stand on theological issues, so no religious flames here please. And no, I am not suggesting this as a proper ending for Mr. F. I was merely exaggerating Tim's remarks for my personal amusement. -- +----- Jacob Salomon - DBA JSalomon@bn.com - --------------------------+ |------------------- Bulletin Board Announcement ----------------------| | Congregants will please note that the bowl at the back of the church | | bearing the sign "For the Sick" is for monetary contributions only. | +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
