Stanley, I get this problem if the server has crashed while someone was using perform (add or update) - the row they were in stays locked even though the isql process has terminated. Check that this is the case (ie that=20 no one really is using that row [:-)], and try the following: In unix, cd to the xxx.dbs directory (where xxx is the name of the=20 database) and type 'clearlok' at the prompt. This should solve it.
