devices question

hi all, I have a database in a server serv1 under informix 7.30. I wanted to creat an other environment serv2 ( the database in an other instance of informix online). my devices was lon_serv1_dat,lon_serv1_root and lon_serv1_idx for the server1. and lon_serv2_dat,lon_serv2_root and lon_serv1_idx for the server2. lon_servX_XXX is a link to con_servX_XXX. to reuse my backup of the database in the server1, I have changed the links lon_serv1_XXX to point to con_serv2_XXX. I have succefully restore the database to the server2 and then I have restore the links like they was, so lon_serv1_XXX point to con_serv1_XXX. Now my problem is that when I have done onstat -d I descover that my devices was stil lon_serv1_XXX (normaly I have to get lon_serv2_XXX to my server2) so any suggestion to resolve this problem without do a dbexport/dbimport ??? thanks ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
