Licenses?

Hi, How informix runtime licenses works?......how I know If I have license problem??. Look, recently I couldn't execute .4ge programs... when I entered my login and password... the screen frozen!!!, in that moment I had 213 users connected to the database executing 4ge programs and working without any problem, then I only killed some users and that's all!!!!......(I killed 30 users in fact)......And only then, I could execute an 4gl program, is that a license problem???..because the system (OS) seemed very well , and the database too!!.....When I installed the IDS, it becomes for 120 users.

So you are using more than you are entitled to, Informix will be interested!

My configuration is: NETTYPE ipcshm,3,150,CPU NETTYPE soctcp,3,150,NET All my application are runing locally, do I have the right parameters?. Or I need to increment the number of threads on the ipcshm?? Sorry, but I don't have enough experience with this..... Ahhh, with the licenses....we bought licenses separetly, in fact 80 more licenses, and therefore we have 200 runtime licenses and finally we only have about 15 users running without license in peak hours.
