We are working on Baan more than 4 years... and our main objective is leave this environment. We have had a very bad experience with Baan Spain, with the product... and nobody in Baan Spain or Baan Netherlands can (or want) to help us... so my best advice is no Baan.

Seems to me you did not have the right guys in the right plays. It should work fine if you have a system that is properly sized and installed.
