MT_EX_OS exception

I am getting this random error after running for a period of time. How long it takes before I start getting the error is random. I am stop and restart the service and the server will operate for some period of time before having to restart again. Informix is installed on NT 4.0 SP6a. Can anyone point me to finding out what this error indicates and what I can do to correct it. Any information towards tracking this error down would be appreciated.
