Its in the ipcshm shared memory connection segment.
If you do onstat -g seg you will see that the M segment if 4096kb.

Hi Steven,
It is the rounding off the size of the shared memory segment. If
you run onstat -g seg it will give you the segment info. and then
run ipcs to see its reference in the Unix shared memory space.
Look at SHMVIRTSIZE in the onconfig.
