Hi Joseph,
it's not fair to compare different platforms, but I measured
the time for the "CONNECT" statement on NT. NT-client/NT-server.
It took about 200ms.
But I think it's better if you run the test by yourself. I will
attach a small ESQL/C-program.
I have no idea how to measure the CPU-usage for the complete
CONNECT. Some CPU-time is spent for your ESQL/C program and
some time is spent inside the Informix server.
