RE: ODBC and network security

If you do not have ESQLC, but have the C version of 4GL, do the following to relink. go to .../openlink/lib c4gl -static inf73_sv.o -o inf73_sv cp ../bin/inf73_sv ../bin/inf73_sv.old cp inf73_sv ../bin I also had problems when upgrading to 7.3. I first just used the 7.2 diver and all worked fine. Then I found out how to relink the 7.3 diver. All is fine now. -----Original Message----- From: schatzy@my-deja.com [SMTP:schatzy@my-deja.com] Sent: Tuesday, May 23, 2000 6:43 PM To: informix-list@iiug.org Subject: Re: ODBC and network security Bill, What were the problems with Openlink and MSAccess? Did you try relinking your database agent per their instructions at http://www.openlinksw.com/info/docs/rel3doc/unix/relink.htm Sometimes the Openlink server-side agent component may need to be relinked to your exact version of Informix ESQL/C Regards, Stephen In article <8fulum$23e$1@news.xmission.com>, BThomas@bv229.k12.ks.us wrote: > > This message is in MIME format.
