ODBC / Access 97 front end for Informix 7.22.TC2

We are attempting to port an Access application from pure Access to an application which will have an Access97 user interface, but will have Informix 7.22.TC2 as the DB. This is to buy us time until a full rewrite can occur. We are getting an ODBC Error #3146 with our application. We have been able to select and insert, but we cannot update. Has anyone encountered this error?
