Are you sure that's fine? Unless orders only has one column the alias you have defined should fail and foo wouldn't be created. Drop your 'stuff' and after the table is created you should be able to
select * from foo
and get results. It will retain the same column names as the orders table. If you want to change the column names you will need to explicitly select and define each one:
select col1 order, col2 name
from orders
This will return the values in columns named 'order' and 'name'.
