Urgent-ontape backup problem.

Hi Informixers; I've situation here and status is urgent . I'm trying to make a level 0 archive and having a problem. log file doesn't say anything,and no other error messages. If I look at the sessin information for backup thread. onstat -g ses <id> says ,standart output of onstat and archive:blocked. And it doesn't move.There would be no disk i/o. Since instance and the all databases up and accessible after some time database also become unavailable.Users got hung. Has anybody experinced similar case or seen something like this ? Hi; Thank you all, It was a known bug for the version we use..IDS 7.31 FC2 . Today we've got the patch X5 for it..Seems to be fixed.. I had a hell of a time over the weekend and today...
