It is entirely off-topic banter: one poster shouted "SLITHY TOVES!!!", others asked what that meant, and the exchange turned into a running joke quoting Lewis Carroll's nonsense poem "Jabberwocky" (gyring and gimbling in the wabe, vorpal swords, uffish thought), plus an aside about the posters' medications. "slithy toves" is the from the first line of Lewis Carroll's poem "Jabberwocky" "'Twas brillig and the slithy toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe" I just take any available opportunity to loudly proclaim "slithy toves!!!" any time that I can.
