Installing IDS in UBUNTU 17.04

Hi all, I m trying to install IDS 12.10 FC8AEE LIN-x86_64 in Ubuntu 17.04 its showing error like "cannot execute binary file" please help m on this. Thanks.

First thing: check system architecture (are you using 32bit version accidentaly ?) use "uname -a" to check (should produce a line which contains x86_64) Next thing: check if all libraries are present (ldd <the installation binary>) Informix is not officially supported, so it might fail either to install, to run, to upgrade ... The machine notes say it is compatible with 14.04. I run it on 16.04 without problems in my single user env, even with very new kernel, but I did not test 17.04 yet.
