Configuring Web Datablade on Apache

I have gone through the steps outlined in Web Datablade Admin Guide. Throughout the install process, I didn't receive and config errors. When I try accessing my database from my Netscape browser, I get prompted for a username and password. (this tells me that at least I am communicating with the Web Datablade.) I have tried entering "informix" and "admin". Neither one of this user ids works. In addition, the "informix_explode" handler can be found. Is this part of the problem?
