FW: NEED INFO FAST !!!!!! INFORMIX USED WITH VFP OR VB

To whom it may concern, I have developed packages with Informix on UNIX server and Windows 3.11, 95 and NT client using VB 3.0 and 4.0. You basically have to know how to write SQL statements, get an ODBC driver, know how to install it properly and depending on what version of Informix you have you might need INET on server. VB is pretty straight forward on accessing databases on machines other than your local machine. I have not tried it but I hear that VC++ is the basically the same set up. I don't know about Visual Fox Pro but I know Access 2.0 and higher releases and Excel 4.0 and higher releases has drop lists to access remote databases.
