The number on there is not a support number as suggested in the title of this thread. I believe it is a sales number. Support releated information can be found from www.ibm.com/software/data/informix/support/ IDS Specific support related information can be found at : www.ibm.com/software/data/informix/ids/support/ Electronic support submission can be made via "ESR" www.ibm.com/software/data/support/help-esr.html the callback time is reported to be significantly less than 2 business days.
