Fourgen Compilation Scripts and 4js

For this I would like to compile an entire module of an application, which Makefiles are based on Fourgen compilation scripts (fg.make, program.sh, library.sh). So, I would like to compile such application without to create news Makefiles for the programs and libraries. Has anyone altered those Fourgen scripts in order to support the 4js compiler? If so, could send them to me?
