Someone gave me the clue of why my Informix wasn't working. I was using it on a SPARC/Solaris7 and moved it to a SPARC/Solaris8, which uses IPv6. Looks like Informix had a problem with IPv6 in the version I'm using (On-line Dynamic Server 7.30). I would like to know if this is true, and if it is fixed in earlier versions.
